About Us
Eddie van Schaick
Eddie van Schaick is a former u12 youth trainer at Ajax. Moreover, for a period of 7 years he was the Ajax Youth Academy Consultant, responsible for bringing the Ajax brand outside The Netherlands. Via demo training sessions, workshops, summer training programs, lectures he has been able to visit over 40 countries.
Prior to his period at Ajax, Eddie worked in the USA, Kazakhstan and Qatar.
In 2019 Eddie established his own company with programs for children, youth trainers and clubs. He continues to travel around the world to spread his passion and ideas of football. His team of professionals is extremely experienced in the world of football youth development.
Arnold Muhren
Arnold Muhren is a former professional player and youth trainer of Ajax u14 age category. He is well respected as a gentleman on- and off the field. Arnold has travelled with us to Norway, Iceland, Scotland, Ireland, Italy, Estonia and the USA.
Wim Kwakman
Wim is a former player of FC Volendam. He also used to work for the Ajax Youth Academy with the u15 & u17 age categories. Currently he is providing youth Scouting services for Ajax. Wim has travelled with us to Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Italy, Kosovo and Malta.
Mark van Lith
Mark has a degree in Sports- Management. Currently he is in charge of Ajax U13 and he plays an important role in identifying young prospects for Ajax. He also spent four years as the Technical Director of Metropolitan Oval Academy in Queens, New York.
Roel van Wayenburg
Roel was a former youth trainer ofFeyenoord and Academy Director vv Barendrecht. Roel currently provides intake services for players entering the Feyenoord and offers Dutch lessons to professional players (male and female). Roel is also part of a Royal Dutch Federation project groep regarding youth football development. Roel has travelled with us to Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Italy and the USA.
